It is time for Walter to have a blog. I am sure he has many thoughts that would be good to pass along. He can't type, but Tim can. I am sure that Walter can communicate all of the necesary feelings requied to write a blog. I am sure then can telegraph happiness, sorrow, anger, love, but most of all the ability to tease
